Musical Memories is a monthly group and encourages people living with dementia and their family/friends to sing songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s to reminisce and have fun. We also have a themed musical quiz and bingo.

Swing and Sway is a monthly group. We sing and dance to music to encourage people living with dementia and their family to be active and connect. There is tea, coffee and a biscuit.
